We thought that these ads displayed many different element that made them stereotypical. But in specific we wanted to focus of this advertisement:
This ad conveys that Dr Pepper TEN is too much for women. This ad is putting women as the weaker gender which is what we hear most in traditional gender stereotypes.
This advertisement is very recent, which is what makes it most shocking. You could see this ad in the media tomorrow even though it plays along with a stereotype that has been demonstrated for centuries.
This advertisement sends a very negative message to females, making them feel as if they are not worthy of this drink, which is completely wrong.
